1- Visit one of the Emax stores in Qatar.2- During checkout, show the Gift Card number along with the barcode clearly visible to the cashier.3- The cashier will scan the barcode code to redeem the Gift Card.

1- Emax E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
2- Emax E-Gift Card is redeemable for full-price as well as discounted items in Emax stores.
3- Emax E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
4- Emax E-Gift Card is partially redeemable. Hence, the same card can be used in multiple shopping trips across all Emax stores in Qatar.
5- Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the customer must pay the difference
6- No replacement or compensation is permissible for a lost E-Gift Card.
7- E-Gift Cards once issued cannot be returned or refunded.
