- How to Redeem Gift Card Offline1- Visit your nearest Grandiose store.2- Shop your favourite items.3- Present your gift card at the billing counter.4- The gift card value will be applied, and you can complete your billing.- How to Redeem Gift Card Online1- Log in to your Grandiose mobile app.2- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.3- On the payment page, select the option Redeem Gift Card.4- Enter your gift card details to redeem.

1- The Gift Cards shall be redeemable at Grandiose physical/Digital stores across the UAE.2-  The Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for 1 Year from the date ofactivation.3-  Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheques.4-  Partial redemption of the Gift Card is allowed, and the balance will remain in the GiftCard.5-  In case of a damaged Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued by the Gift Card Issuer tothe end customer.6-  If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will themoney be reimbursed in any manner.7-  Balance information on a Gift card could be obtained by visiting any Grandiose physicalstores or during checkout process on Grandiose app/ website. 8- Provider email address for support in case there is an issue with the coderajat.arora01@pinelabs.com
