Cookies: We may also use "cookies" and similar technologies to gather information about your visits to our websites or responses to our emails—either individually or in aggregated data that does not identify you. These reporting tools tell us which parts of our websites or emails you are interested in or have taken action on, helping us improve the quality and usefulness of our sites.
Payment Method: You will also be asked to provide personal information depending on the payment method you choose when accessing, purchasing, or subscribing to our products or services. For example, if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be asked to provide the card issuer's name, credit card number, billing address, and expiration date.
Log Files: When you use our website, our servers automatically log some information sent by your browser. These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, URLs, number of clicks, how you interact with links on the website, domain names, landing pages, mobile network operator, and similar information.
Geolocation Information: When you use our website via a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor, and/or store "location data," which may include GPS coordinates (such as latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.
Device Information: When using our services, we may collect information about your device, such as device type, device information, operating system type and version, device time and time zone, and other necessary details.
Third-Party Tools: We use third-party analytics tools to help understand how our website is used. Many of these tools collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. These analytics tools also receive this information, and their use is subject to their privacy policies.
Other Data You Explicitly Send: When you post, comment, follow any of our content and services, send messages through our built-in chat system, provide us with information regarding any request or support needed, or participate in our contests, we may collect this information from you.
How We Use Your Information?
We use the personally identifiable information collected online primarily to provide you with the following services:
- Processing orders and/or transactions you have made.

- For identification, verification, due diligence, or customer knowledge purposes.
- Handling or facilitating customer service, carrying out your instructions, and addressing inquiries you submit.
- Contacting you via voice call, text message, email, post, or other means to manage your relationship with us. This includes informing you of other offers that may interest you. For example, your email address allows us to communicate about services offered and requested, as well as proper provisioning and billing for those services.
- Conducting research, analysis, and development activities (including data analysis, surveys, product and service development, and/or profiling) to analyze how you use our services, recommend relevant products and/or services, improve our services, and enhance your customer experience.
- Responding to legal processes, compliance, or as required by applicable laws, government, or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction, or when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary under applicable law. This includes responding to subpoenas, legal demands, and other requests, and where we believe disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against individuals who may endanger public safety or interfere with Crazy Card's services.
- Handling or facilitating asset sale transactions or potential asset sale transactions involving Crazy Card as a participant, including related or affiliated companies, and other third-party organizations involved in such transactions. An "asset sale transaction" refers to the purchase, sale, lease, merger, consolidation, or other acquisition or disposal of an organization or part of an organization or any of its business or assets.
- Necessary for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud and other violations. This data is used solely for detection, investigation, and prevention purposes and is stored for as long as necessary for these purposes. If this data indicates a violation, we will store it for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, as necessary.
- Any other purposes we notify you of at the time of obtaining your consent.
At any time, if you wish to unsubscribe from future communications with Crazy Card, options are provided to opt out of messages sent to you.
How Long Do We Store Your Data?
We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and processed or if required by applicable law to store it longer.
If you terminate your account with us, all personal data will be deleted unless required by legal proceedings or for any other legitimate reason deemed necessary by Crazy Card.
