1- The gift card is redeemable "in store" only, can't be used online.
2- This Gift Card is redeemable only at Shoexpress   stores and all Landmark Group stores in Oman.
3- Shoexpress  reserves the right to change any/all terms and conditions of this gift card at any time without prior notice.
4- To check the balance and expiry date, customers can contact the local call center or visit the store (at the payment point or customer service desk).
5- This Gift Card is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of issue.
6- This Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or fully.
7- The card can be used for full or partial payments.
8- If the purchase value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid in cash or by credit card.
9- No compensation or replacement will be provided for lost or stolen gift cards.
10- Defaced or invalid gift cards will not be accepted.
